Brigham Mayer

Brigham Mayer joined Mogul Capital in November 2023 and serves as the President of Construction. Brigham has a proven track record in the commercial real estate industry for both new construction, renovations and expansion. Before coming to Mogul Capital, Brigham served as Vice President of Construction at Redstone Residential, a national multifamily and student housing investor and operator. Prior to Redstone, he was a Senior Project Manager at Utah Property Management Associates. His career started with building tax credit housing in California, followed by high-end custom homes in Park City. Brigham also spent a number of years renovating private residences throughout the Salt Lake Valley. He is a licensed General Contractor in Utah and California and has passed the commercial building inspector exam.
